Galal Elkady

Galal Elkady currently serves as the Head of Patient Experience at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children, where responsibilities include developing and executing a comprehensive patient experience strategy. Prior to this, Galal worked as a Patient Experience Specialist at Al-Futtaim Health and held various roles at Emirates Group, including Customer Service Department Officer and Operation Supervisor, focusing on enhancing customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Additional experience includes serving as Customer Service Supervisor at Sharjah Aviation Services and Senior Receptionist at Sofitel. Galal Elkady holds an Advanced Leadership Program in Health Care Management from BTS USA, an Aviation Security Management Higher Diploma and a Master's degree in Aviation Management from Edith Cowan University, and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the High Institute for Computer Science and Business Administration in Egypt.
