Jemma Tarr

Jemma Tarr is an accomplished healthcare professional currently serving as the Senior Director of Clinical Operations at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children since April 2022. Prior to this role, Jemma held various positions at Amana Healthcare, including Director of Clinical Operations and Clinical Coordinator from July 2017 to April 2022. Jemma's earlier experience includes serving as the Senior Nurse Critical Care Outreach at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board from January 2016 to January 2017 and as a Senior Staff Nurse Intensive Care at Cardiff and Vale University Health Board from January 2010 to January 2016.
