Samantha Pillay

Samantha Pillay is an experienced nursing professional specializing in neonatal care, with a focus on the NICU. Currently serving as Charge Nurse at Danat Al Emarat Hospital for Women & Children since January 2018, Samantha has also taken on the role of Acting Nurse Manager for the NICU since September 2020. Prior experience includes positions as Charge Nurse at Corniche Hospital, Staff Nurse at Prince Sultan Military Medical City, and Registered Charge Nurse at City Hospital, showcasing expertise in caring for extremely low birth weight (ELBW) and low birth weight (LBW) premature infants, as well as term newborns requiring transitional care. Samantha holds a diploma in Nursing and Midwifery from R.K.Khan Hospital Nursing College, completed between 1996 and 1999.
