In 1962 The Danberry Insurance Co. added a real estate division creating The Danberry Co., Realtors. Its objective was to become the best real estate brokerage in the region, not the biggest, however as the company fulfilled its primary objective it also became the market leader in northwest Ohio and southeast Michigan.

Danberry is annually ranked among the top 100 independent brokerages in the nation.
