Deborah Bailor

Deborah Bailor serves as the Director of Patient Care Services at New Milford Hospital since June 2022, focusing on the development and monitoring of patient care delivery systems in collaboration with hospital leadership. Prior experience includes a role as Patient Care Manager in Critical Care at Danbury Hospital, where management of approximately 150 staff across multiple units and the transformation of departmental culture were key responsibilities. Earlier, at Bridgeport Hospital, Deborah worked as a Registered Nurse in the Medical Intensive Care Unit, providing complex patient care. Academic qualifications include a Master's degree in Health Care Administration from Chamberlain University, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Fairfield University, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Studies from the University of Richmond.
