Joy's tenure as VP of Operations & Finance at Cole International involved managing financial performance, developing strategic plans, and overseeing corporate governance. Earlier roles include Division Manager of Corporate Services at Golder Associates Ltd., District Business Manager/Controller at SimplexGrinnell, and Regional Manager of Administration at Economical Insurance Group.
