Edromar Undag

Edromar Undag has a diverse work experience in various fields. Edromar started their career as a Service Manager at Chipotle Mexican Grill in 2015 and worked there until 2017. Edromar then worked as a Shift Supervisor at Starbucks from 2018 to 2020, overseeing store operations and training new employees.

In 2019, Undag joined Dance Church as a Teacher, where they provided dance instruction. Edromar later took on additional roles as a Project Manager, managing scheduling processes, and as a Community Advocacy Coordinator, staying informed about community needs and facilitating education for employees.

Undag also worked as a Paralegal at Sharifi & Baron Attorneys at Law from 2019 to 2020, serving as a liaison between clients and attorneys in immigration cases. Edromar conducted consultations, translated documents, and processed payments.

In 2020, Undag became an Administrative Assistant at the University of Utah, providing support to project managers and directors. Edromar maintained calendars, scheduled meetings, and developed and maintained the program's web presence.

In 2021, Undag briefly worked as a Yoga Instructor at Salt Lake Power Yoga. In 2022, they joined Grantmakers in the Arts as an Administrative Assistant, providing support to key stakeholders and assisting with stakeholder-engagement events. Edromar also joined the Matthew Westerby Dance Company as a Dancer.

Throughout their career, Undag demonstrated strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to adapt to different roles and industries.

Edromar Undag studied at the University of Utah from 2014 to 2017, where they obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Modern Dance.
