Anna Glass

Anna Glass is the current Executive Director at Dance Theatre of Harlem. Anna has held previous positions as Managing Director at 651 ARTS, Vilar Fellow at The John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts, President at Glass Group LLC, and Artist Representative/Managing Producer at Dayton Contemporary Dance Company.

Anna has been working in the arts for over 20 years. Anna is a passionate advocate for the arts and believes in their ability to transform lives and communities. Her experience in arts administration, fundraising, marketing, and community relations has prepared their well for their current role as Executive Director at Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Under Anna's leadership, Dance Theatre of Harlem has continued to grow and thrive. Anna has helped to expand the scope of the organization's programs and increase its visibility in the New York City community. Anna is committed to making Dance Theatre of Harlem a leading force in the dance world and an institution that is accessible to everyone.

Anna Glass has a JD from the University of Dayton School of Law and a BA in Theirtory from Oberlin College.
