Isabel Kallman

Isabel Kallman is the current Director at Dance Theatre of Harlem. Isabel has over 25 years of experience in the financial industry, holding various positions such as financial analyst, vice president, and director.

Isabel started their career in 1993 as a financial analyst in investment banking at Salomon Brothers. Isabel was quickly promoted to associate in 1995 and then to vice president in 1997. During their time at Salomon Brothers, they specialized in Latin American institutional equity sales and was responsible for accounts in the New York and Boston areas.

In 1998, Isabel left Salomon Brothers to join Salomon Smith Barney as vice president. Isabel remained in this position until 2002 when they were promoted to director (SVP). At Smith Barney, Isabel continued to work in European institutional equity sales.

Isabel left Smith Barney in 2003 and took on their current role as Director at Dance Theatre of Harlem.

Isabel Kallman has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from Columbia University in the City of New York and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Columbia University in the City of New York.
