Melinda Bloom

Interim General Manager & Tour Manager at Dance Theatre of Harlem

Melinda Bloom has worked in the performing arts for over 30 years. Melinda began their career as a production electrician and stage manager before moving into technical directing and assistant general management positions. In their current role as Interim General Manager & Tour Manager at Dance Theatre of Harlem, they are responsible for the day-to-day operations of the organization as well as booking and managing all touring productions. Prior to joining Dance Theatre of Harlem, Ms. Bloom spent four years at North Shore Schools Performing Arts, where they were responsible for the administration and operations of the school's performing arts programs.

Melinda Bloom attended Western Kentucky University, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts in Theatre & Dance.

They are on a team with Ebonie C. Pittman - Senior Director of Development, Virginia Johnson - Artistic Director, and Keyana K. Patterson - Marketing Manager.
