Mikkel Rytter Poulsen is an experienced communications professional with a diverse background in international and national communication roles. Currently serving as the International Communications Advisor at Folkekirkens Nødhjælp since May 2022, Mikkel previously worked as a Communication Consultant at AIDS-Fondet, focusing on press relations, copywriting, and advocacy efforts, particularly in collaboration with global health organizations. Mikkel's experience also includes serving as a Communication Officer at BESTSELLER FOUNDATION, managing communications for the Embassy of Canada in multiple countries, and holding various roles in regional communication across West Africa. With a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from Roskilde University, Mikkel combines a strong educational foundation with extensive practical experience in the field.
