Danckuts is a modern men’s grooming company that operates a growing network of mens salons/barbershops while simultaneously building a proprietary technology platform behind the chair. Through its in-store systems and software, Danckuts captures and structures haircut data at scale—creating a unique dataset used to develop AI, software, and future hardware solutions aimed at improving consistency, personalization, and performance across the hair industry.

Zac Reese, founded Danckuts in 2014. Zac and his team have built a company at the intersection of grooming and technology—growing a network of men’s salons/barbershops while relentlessly developing the software and intellectual property behind them. Zac and his team are focused on transforming everyday haircut experiences into structured, scalable data that can power AI-driven tools for consistency, personalization, and performance. Through this vision, we are working to unlock a future where Danckuts’ technology benefits not just consumers with better outcomes, but also empowers barbers, franchise owners and multi-shop owners with smarter systems—ultimately positioning the company to help define the next generation of software and hardware in the global hair industry.
