Chris Higgins Mrics

Chris Higgins MRICS is a seasoned professional in land and development with significant experience in the property sector. Since October 2012, Chris has held various roles at Dandara, currently serving as Managing Director of Land and Partnerships, where responsibilities include the acquisition of residential and commercial development sites. Previous roles at Persimmon Homes and Shanly Group involved land management and commercial property oversight. Chris began a career in land management at David Shilton Homes, progressing through roles in site acquisitions and development coordination. Chris holds a Master of Science in Property Investment/Management from the University of Reading and a Bachelor of Science in Planning and Property Development from Nottingham Trent University.
