Christopher Keefe

Christopher Keefe is an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in residential development and project management. Currently serving at Dandara Ltd since October 2014, Christopher has successfully led multiple phases of significant housing projects, including Knights Wood in Tunbridge Wells, The Sycamores in Bearsted, and the award-winning The Sweetings in East Malling. Prior experience includes roles at Barratt Developments and Berkeley Group, where Christopher contributed to various housebuilding developments and high-profile projects like One Tower Bridge. Christopher began a career in quantity surveying at ARDMORE GROUP, working on diverse projects across London, and holds a Diploma of Higher Education in Quantity Surveying with Information Technology from the University of Greenwich.
