Simon Kian

Simon Kian is an experienced professional in the field of construction and quantity surveying, currently serving as an Estimator at Dandara since August 2022. Prior to this role, Simon worked as a Surveyor at Onyx from April 2021 to August 2022 and gained valuable experience at Taylor Wimpey plc from February 2018 to April 2021, holding positions such as Assistant Quantity Surveyor and Trainee Quantity Surveyor. Simon's career began at Solent Roof Trusses Ltd, where responsibilities included project estimation and cost evaluation from quotation to site delivery from 2013 to February 2018. Earlier experience includes a role as a Sales Assistant at Schuh from 2011 to 2013. Simon Kian holds a Level 4 Higher National Certificate in Construction and Built Environment from Eastleigh College, completed between 2018 and 2020, and has a solid educational foundation from Peter Symonds College and The Romsey School.
