Jim Davies

Jim Davies has extensive experience in the property development sector, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of BTR at Dandara Living since July 2021. Prior to this role, Jim Davies was on Garden Leave from March 2021 until the start at Dandara Living. Previous experience includes a long tenure at Newmark Developments, a subsidiary of the Watkin Jones Group, where Jim Davies held the positions of Managing Director and Operations Director from August 1999 to March 2021. Educational background includes attendance at Wirral Grammar School.
