Sam Smith has extensive experience in the residential management and Build to Rent sectors, currently serving as Director of Residential Management, Director of Operations & Leasing, and National Head of Operations at Dandara Living since January 2021. In this role, Sam oversees the strategic delivery of operations for approximately 4,000 homes, managing a team of 100 professionals. Previously, from November 2023 to June 2025, Sam held the position of Chair of the London and South East Committee at The Association for Rental Living, focusing on the future of purpose-built homes. Prior experience includes leadership roles in PRS and Build to Rent at Hamptons, performance management at Get Living, and property management at Foxtons and Stirling Ackroyd Group, contributing to operational success, team development, and strategic business growth throughout a robust career.
