Rubiya Zinnet

Rubiya Zinnet is an experienced professional with a background in project management, client engagement, and implementation services, currently serving as an Implementation Experience Advisor at D2L since November 2020. In this role, Rubiya partners with sales teams and clients to deliver customized services and technical solutions, focusing on client vision throughout the project lifecycle. Previous positions include Senior Program Manager and Program Manager at D2L, where responsibilities involved aligning client expectations with product capabilities and leading various strategic initiatives. Rubiya also held roles at Newcomp Analytics, Sourced Group, SwissVBS, Scotiabank, SickKids Foundation, Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources, Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, PepsiCo Canada, and BlackBerry, where a strong emphasis was placed on stakeholder collaboration, project planning, and the successful delivery of analytics and cloud migration solutions. Rubiya holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Honours Management Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
