Sandy Rezendes

Sandy Rezendes serves as the Head of Corporate Learning and Development at D2L since May 2025, following a role as Vice President, Head of Global Talent and Development at Ameriprise Financial Services, LLC, where leadership and workforce talent management strategies were architected for 14,000 employees. Previously, Sandy was the Vice President, Head of Global Learning at Manulife/John Hancock, overseeing a multi-year strategy for upskilling 37,000 global employees. Experience includes leading onboarding and Agile Capability learning at Citizens Bank and managing learning functions for Bank of America Merrill Lynch and Fidelity Investments. Sandy holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Development from Lesley University and a Bachelor’s degree in History and Political Science from the University of New Hampshire, along with an Executive Leadership Certificate from Harvard University.
