Sarah Bernhardi is an experienced executive with a strong focus on customer support and operations. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at Dandelion Payments, Ria Money Transfer, and XE.com since 2022 and 2019 respectively, Sarah has held prominent positions such as Commercial Director at OFX from 2016 to 2019, and Customer Care Director at Miele from 2007 to 2011. Sarah's career began at IBM, where the role of Vice President of Worldwide Customer Support Operations was held from 1999 to 2007, notably during IBM's acquisition of Micromuse in 2006 for $856 million.
