Jessica Leong

Jessica Leong, MBA, currently serves as a Senior Project Manager for Talent Systems at Dandy since October 2021, following a progression from Senior Associate in Corporate Operations. Prior experience includes roles at Ethos Life, where Jessica functioned as a Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Associate, and in Recruiting Operations from November 2019 to October 2021. At the Charity Cultural Services Center, Jessica held the positions of Program Manager and Program Coordinator between February 2018 and October 2019. Earlier experience includes a position at UBS focused on Talent Management & Talent Acquisition Support and various operational roles at Quad and State Farm. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science in Managerial Economics and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from the University of California, Davis, as well as an MBA in International Business from St Mary’s University, Twickenham, and a certificate in International Business Practice in the Asia-Pacific Region from the College of Management, University of Phayao.
