Lauryn McCarter Lai is an experienced professional with a background in training operations, graphic design, and production analysis. Currently serving as Training Operations Manager and Asset Management Lead at Dandy since October 2022, Lauryn previously worked at Zearn as a Production Analyst, where graphic storyboards and animations were developed for accessible math curricula.
