Lisa Duron

Lisa Duron is an experienced human resources professional with a strong background in leadership and management roles across several prominent companies. Currently, Lisa serves as the Head of People at Dandy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director and Director of Human Resources at Snap Inc., as well as Senior Manager and Human Resources Manager at Cisco. Lisa began the career in human resources as a graduate intern in the Human Resources Leadership Program at Cisco Systems and also worked as a Campus Associate at The Walt Disney Company. Lisa holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science in Business from California State University, Fullerton.
