Ryan Falch

Ryan Falch, PE, currently serves as the Director of Planning & Development at Dane County Regional Airport, a position held since September 2025. Previously, Ryan held various roles at SEH from April 2022 to August 2025, including Associate, Airport Engineer (Supervisor), and Project Manager, overseeing significant projects such as terminal building reconstructions and airfield lighting replacements. Prior experience includes serving as an Aviation Project Manager at MSA Professional Services, managing aviation-related projects for Wisconsin's Bureau of Aeronautics, and as a Municipal Engineer handling infrastructure upgrades. Early career roles include Engineering Technician at Kadrmas Lee & Jackson and internships with the City of Eau Claire's Engineering Department. Ryan Falch holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Minnesota Duluth and an additional Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Minnesota State University, Mankato.
