Bill Clausius

Bill Clausius is a seasoned professional with expertise in communications, public relations, and project management. They began their career as a reporter for the Capitol Press Corps, covering the State Capitol from 1975 to 1986. Bill served as Communications Director for the Wisconsin Lottery Board and later as the Director of Public Information for the Wisconsin Department of Corrections. They held the position of Alderman and former council member in Sun Prairie, where they also served as Council President. Currently, Bill is the Director of the Office of Records Management at the Department of Corrections and serves as a Dane County Board Supervisor, actively participating in multiple committees. Bill earned a BA in Communications from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
