Daneshkar is an online platform for connecting young and brilliant students or graduates to employers.
It has begun it's career at the Pardis Technology Park since 2016. Daneshkar believes that the main problem of unemployment in the country, despite the valuable capacities and the high number of young manpower, is the lack of skill in this manpower and the lack of attention to this issue by educational centers and employers.
Daneshkar has focused on the internship model so that young, brilliant and having appropriate academic resume labors, volunteer for working free in companies. During internship, these students and graduates can learn every necessary skills that are needed for company projects. Now employment can occur.
