Audruy Chong

Audruy Chong currently serves as the Regional Head of HR for Asia Pacific at Danfoss, a position held since April 2018. Prior to this role, Audruy held the title of Head of HR at Nokia's Regional Consulting Centre for Asia Pacific & Japan from November 2017 to March 2018, following Nokia's acquisition of Comptel. Audruy also served as HR Director for APAC at Comptel from June 2014 to November 2017 and held multiple HR leadership positions at Alcatel-Lucent Malaysia from January 2007 to May 2014, including Compensation & Benefits Lead for the South & South East Asia Region and HR Director. Earlier career experience includes HR Manager roles at Alcatel Network Systems Malaysia from November 2004 to December 2006 and EDS IT (now a HP company) from March 2000 to August 2004. Audruy completed a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of Sunderland between 2014 and 2016.
