Dorthe Clausen

Dorthe Clausen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Director for M&A at Danfoss since March 2023. Prior to this role, Clausen worked as a People Lead at Sydbank, where initiatives focused on team development and HR processes were successfully executed.
