Eva Wedman Baluchova

Eva Baluchova is an accomplished professional in employer branding and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Global Employer Branding Lead at Danfoss since January 2023. In addition to this role, Eva leads the initiative to build a global onboarding process aimed at enhancing new talent integration. Prior to Danfoss, Eva held positions at Peoplefinders, Publitas.com, LevelUp Ventures, Payconiq, and Impraise, where responsibilities included developing recruitment marketing strategies, leading recruitment teams, and designing practices for employee engagement and culture development. With a Master’s degree in Sociology from Comenius University in Bratislava, Eva brings a rich background in sourcing, recruiting, and managing talent across various sectors, demonstrating a commitment to enhancing organizational culture and employee experience.
