Ileana Saenz is an experienced supply chain and quality management professional with a strong background in enhancing operational efficiency and resilience. At Danfoss, Ileana serves as the Head of Supply Chain Resilience, focusing on customer responsiveness and sustainable business growth through optimized sourcing strategies and production capabilities. Previously, Ileana held the role of Director of Supply Chain Strategic Transformation PMO, leading initiatives to improve supply chain efficiency and agility. With a solid foundation in quality systems, Ileana has also worked as a Sr Quality Manager and in various roles at Hussmann and PROLAMSA, emphasizing compliance with quality standards, implementing Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and leading strategic projects in quality management. Ileana holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering Administration with a focus on Manufacturing from the Facultad de Ingenieria Mecanica y Electrica.
