Jincy Joseph

Jincy Joseph is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in process analysis and project management in digital transformation, particularly in robotic process automation (RPA). As a Senior Process Analyst and Project Manager at Danfoss since August 2021, Jincy has successfully delivered over 50 RPA projects, streamlining global operations for more than 25 clients and freeing up over 150,000 manual hours. Prior to this role, Jincy served as Associate Manager of Business Process Analysts at HCLTech, focusing on digital transformation solutions, and as IT Project Manager at Daimler India Commercial Vehicles, where responsibilities included leading RPA initiatives and developing a digital roadmap.
