Keri Phillips is currently the Head of Human Resources for North America at Danfoss, a position they have held since 2017. They previously served as the Director of Human Resources at GEA Group from 2014 to 2016 and held senior HR roles at Avon Rubber plc, Apex Tool Group, LLC, and Peapod by Giant. Keri started their career as an HR Generalist at Structural Systems, Inc and also worked as an HR Manager at The Home Depot and Danaher. They earned a Master's degree from McDaniel College between 2001 and 2004.
