Sophia Rayo is the Head of Human Resources at DICE, leading teams in various locations across North America and globally. Prior to this role, Sophia founded Modern Mobility HR, providing tailored HR solutions to creative companies. With experience at Slam Media and Brut, Sophia has a strong background in HR operations and management. Sophia holds a Bachelor's degree in Global Communications and Media Studies from New York University, as well as certifications in People Management and Strategic Human Resources Essentials.
