Kim Fausing

Kim Fausing is the President & Chief Executive Officer at Danfoss. Kim has held this position since 2018.

Prior to their current role, Fausing served as the President of VELUX from 2014 to 2018. Before that, they were with Danfoss from 2008 to 2014, serving in various leadership roles including Division President and member of the Group Executive Management Team.

Fausing began their career in 1990 at Hilti, where they spent 17 years in various leadership roles before leaving in 2007.

Kim Fausing's educational career includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Henley Business School and a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Aarhus Teknikum in Denmark.

Astrid Mozes - President, Developing Regions, Vesa Laisi - President, Danfoss Drives, and Jesper V. Christensen - Executive Vice President & Chief Financial Officer report to Kim Fausing.
