Lars Sejr Kristensen

Lars Sejr Kristensen has extensive experience in management and engineering, currently serving as the Manager of the Global QEHS Management System for the Danfoss Heating Segment since December 2010. Prior to this role, Lars worked as an independent consultant from January to November 2010, and held various positions at Dynaudio A/S, including R&D Director and R&D Manager, from October 2001 to December 2009. Lars's career began at Terma A/S, where responsibilities included Manager of Space, Systems Engineer for Airborne Systems, and Software Engineer in Space from May 1985 to September 2001. Lars has been expatriated to the US for 1½ years. Educational qualifications include a Graduate diploma in Business Administration with a focus on Finance from Aarhus University, a BSc in Electronic Engineering from Ingeniørhøjskolen i Århus, and multiple diplomas in coaching and management.
