Maxim Paladii

Maxim Paladii is a Senior UX Designer specializing in Digital Customer Experience at Danfoss since March 2017, focusing on enhancing user experiences through interaction design and user research. Prior to this role, Maxim served as a Senior Digital Designer for the Danfoss Product Store and held various UX/UI positions contributing to the development of the Danfoss Digital Workplace. With extensive freelance experience as a graphic designer and UI/UX designer from 2009 to 2016, Maxim has also worked as an Art Director for Pink magazine and as a designer for ELLE Magazine and RA Marketing Partner. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Web Development with a specialization in Interface Design from IBA Erhvervsakademi Kolding, alongside certifications in Human-Computer Interaction and E-Commerce UX from Stanford University and Baymard Institute respectively.
