Naveen Chopra is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various industries, primarily in the engineering and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as the Global Vice President for BU Orbital & Gear Solutions at Danfoss, Naveen has demonstrated expertise in P&L ownership, strategic vision, and operational excellence, achieving notable success in merging acquired businesses and enhancing financial performance. Previous roles include VP of Operations for EMEA at The Weir Group PLC, where Naveen was recognized for Value Chain Excellence, and Managing Director at Weir Engineering Services, where significant market share growth was achieved. Naveen co-founded Shashi International, leading its establishment and growth, and began a career as a Senior Operations Engineer at Mitsui O.S.K. Lines. Naveen holds an MBA from London Business School and a Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering from the Marine Engineering And Research Institute.
