Regina Phillips

Regina Phillips, SHRM-CP, is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in various roles within human resources. Currently serving as a Senior HR Generalist at Danfoss since August 2022, Regina has previously worked at MARTINREA Heavy Stampings Inc. as a Human Resources Generalist and at Autoneum as a Sr. HR Generalist, where responsibilities included employee relations, recruitment, and training management. Regina also held positions at Northland Corporation as HR Manager, Geek Squad City as HR Manager, and UPS in multiple HR roles spanning nearly two decades, supporting large employee populations and overseeing policy administration and employee relations. Regina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Spalding University.
