Regitze Nielsen

Regitze Nielsen is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in human resources spanning over 16 years. Regitze currently serves as the Director of HR People Partnering for Northern, Eastern, and Central Europe at Danfoss since December 2017, having previously held roles such as Human Resources Director and HR Business Partner. Prior experience includes working at Dagrofa aps from February 2015 to November 2017 as an HR Specialist in legal consulting, as well as various HR positions at Dagrofa from 2008 to 2015. Regitze began the career at Handelskartellet in early 2007 as a Faglig konsulent. Academic credentials include a Cand. merc.jur degree from Syddansk Universitet, completed in 2006, following studies at Faaborg gymnasium.
