Torben Funder-Kristensen

Torben Funder-Kristensen is a highly experienced professional in the field of climate solutions and cleantech. Since March 2011, Torben has served as the Head of Industry Affairs for Danfoss Climate Solutions and Head of Public and Industry Affairs for Danfoss Cooling, where responsibilities include monitoring and influencing industry trends related to cooling and heating components and services, with a focus on energy efficiency and decarbonization. In addition, Torben has been the Chairman of the Board for CLEAN since December 2019, leading the mission to accelerate the green transition while fostering growth in Denmark's cleantech sector. Previous roles include Vice President of Product Development and Vice President of Central R&D for Refrigeration and A/C Controls at Danfoss from 2009 to 2011, and Senior Director of Product Development from 2006 to 2008. Torben holds both a Master's and Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering Physics.
