Edward Imoedemhe

Edward Imoedemhe is the Deputy Company Secretary/Legal Adviser of DCP. He joined Dangote Group of companies (DCP) in May 2013. He has since brought his experience to bear in various roles in the group legal department, including in regulatory and compliance, corporate and company secretarial services, litigation and dispute resolutions and contracts management.

He has over 22 years’ post-call experience with a Master’s Degree in Maritime and Commercial Law. He served as Head Legal & Secretariat in a telecoms firm from 2006 to 2013 and Company Secretary/Legal Adviser in an Oil & Gas/Shipping firm among others, before joining DCP.
