He has more than 25 years of experience in a wide range of sustainability, environmental and health & safety management, compliance and performance related activities and projects. Before joining Dangote, Massimo worked as Senior Partner, in Europe and Africa, at Environmental Resource Management, a leading consulting firm on sustainability.
He holds a degree in Economic Science and a postgraduate diploma in Environmental Engineering and Management.
