Tony Morgan

Tony Morgan is currently the Vice President and Principal Hydrogeologist at Daniel B. Stephens & Associates, Inc. Tony has extensive experience in water resource planning and development, groundwater management, and compliance with groundwater sustainability regulations. With a background in geology, Tony has managed multiple projects focused on groundwater exploration, water supply development, and aquifer recharge programs throughout the western United States. Tony previously held managerial positions at Geo-Logic Associates, Inc., Groundwater Strategies, Inc., United Water Conservation District, and Layne GeoSciences.
