Otter Bowman

Otter Bowman is an experienced library professional currently serving as a Library Associate in Youth Outreach Services at Daniel Boone Regional Library since August 2004. Responsibilities include providing readers advisory, tech support, and circulation services to patrons while coordinating monthly deliveries to 52 child care centers. Prior roles at the library include Senior Associate, where supervision of staff workflow and training of new hires occurred, as well as working as a Library Associate on the Reference Team. Earlier experience includes serving as a Substitute Teacher at Columbia Public Schools. Otter Bowman holds a Master of Library & Information Science degree from the University of Missouri-Columbia and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Hunter College.
