Nicholas Catrone

Nicholas Catrone is an experienced professional in the fields of automation solutions and real estate, currently serving as Sales Manager for Automation Solutions at Siemens since April 2020 and as a Founding Partner at 4C Properties LLC since June 2017. Nicholas also holds a position as a Real Estate Salesperson at Daniel Gale Sotheby's International Realty since February 2021. Prior to these roles, Nicholas worked as a BMS Consulting Engineer at AKF Group, where responsibilities included developing control strategies for Building Management Systems and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on various projects.
