Ana Leo has extensive work experience in marketing and communications. Ana started their career as an Analist at Banerj in 1990 and worked there until 1996. From 1996 to 1997, Ana worked as a Museóloga at Museu da Cidade. Ana then became the Coordinator of Acervos at Fundação de Amparo à Pesquisa do Estado do Rio de Janeiro in 2002. In 2003, Ana worked as a Professora Substituto at Universidade do Estado do Rio de Janeiro. Ana later joined Projeto Portinari as a Museóloga in 2003 and worked there until 2005. In 1998, Ana became the Curator and Coordinator of the Museu da República at Ministério da Cultura/IPHAN/Museu da República and stayed there until 2003. From 2005 to 2013, they worked as a Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Manager at Dannemann Siemsen, where they were responsible for various marketing and coordination activities. In 2014, Ana worked as an Independent Consultant at Museu da Imigração da Ilha das Flores. Their most recent role was as the Gerente de Assuntos Institucionais at IDS - Instituto Dannemann Siemsen de Estudos Jurídicos e Técnicos from 2018 to 2019. Currently, Ana is the Head of Marketing Communications at Daniel Law, a position they have held since October 2019.

Ana Leo's education history is as follows:

From 1991 to 1994, Ana attended Universidade Federal do Estado do Rio de Janeiro, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Museology.

In 1999 to 2000, Ana pursued a Master's Degree at Jobs in Rio de Janeiro, specializing in Sociology and Memory.

In 2015 to 2019, Ana attended Centro Universitário IBMR and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

In 2012, Ana participated in a specialized program at UERJ, focusing on Arts, Entertainment, and Media Management.

In 2011 to 2012, Ana pursued a Pós-Graduação at Instituto Infnet, specializing in Digital Communication and Media/Multimedia.

Lastly, from 2015 to 2020, Ana returned to Centro Universitário IBMR and completed a Bachelor's degree in Psychology.

In addition to their formal education, Ana also obtained a certification in "CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE: GESTÃO DA EXPERIÊNCIA DO CLIENTE NA PRÁTICA" from Insper in October 2022.
