Daniel Thwaites
Steve Martin is an experienced professional with a significant background in the hospitality industry, most recently serving as Inns Operations Director at Daniel Thwaites since November 2014. Prior to this role, Steve held positions including Business Development Manager at Greene King from January 2013 to June 2014 and Divisional Director at Orchid Pubs & Dining from 2006 to 2012, overseeing a division of approximately 100 value food pubs. Steve's early career included a role as Senior Business Development Manager at Spirit Group from May 2001 to October 2006, where responsibilities included managing food pubs and developing the 241 concept. After a brief retirement in 2014, Steve returned to the industry until the current retirement status effective May 2024. Education includes attendance at Thornleigh Salesian College and Loughborough University.
