Andrea Nelson

Andrea Nelson has over two decades of experience at the Daniels Fund, where currently serves as a Senior Grants Program Officer, managing a diverse portfolio of grantees in Amateur Sports and Early Childhood in Wyoming. Previous roles at the fund include Special Assistant to the President/CEO, where responsibilities encompassed high-level support and project management, and Grants Program Officer, focusing on building nonprofit relationships and analyzing grant requests. Additional experience includes serving as Scholar Selection Officer for the Daniels Scholarship Program and Administrative Associate. Prior to the Daniels Fund, Andrea held the position of Office Manager at Sonny’s on Fillmore, overseeing administrative functions in a fine jewelry store. Andrea earned a Bachelor's degree in Biology and Art from Tulane University.
