Dale Skivington

Dale Skivington possesses extensive experience in privacy and compliance, currently serving as Weston Emeritus Fellow at the International Association of Privacy Professionals since November 2022 and as Daniels Fund Ethics Initiative Fellow since September 2022. As a Senior Fellow and Board Member at the Future of Privacy Forum since September 2019, and President of the Cross Border Data Forum since June 2018, Dale demonstrates leadership in the field. Previous roles include Principal at Compliance By Design from February 2020 to July 2022, Vice President of Global Compliance and Chief Privacy Officer at Dell Technologies from June 2011 to June 2018, and Assistant General Counsel at Eastman Kodak Company from October 1988 to June 2011, alongside serving as Member and Lead Director at ESL Federal Credit Union from January 2011 to February 2020.
