Christian Schrøder Mortensen

Christian Schrøder Mortensen began their work experience as an apprentice chef at Pakhuset in August 2007 and completed this role in January 2011. Christian then worked as a Head Chef at Luneborg Kro from January 2012 to August 2012. In June 2017, they took on the roles of Intern and later Consultant in R&D at Aarhus Street Food until December 2017. Christian then joined Danish Crown in August 2018 as an Intern in Business Development before moving up to the role of Consultant, then Business Development Manager, Senior Manager in Strategy & Business Development, and finally Director of Strategy & Transformation in December 2023.

Christian Schrøder Mortensen has a diverse education history, starting with a degree in Gastronomy from Food College Aalborg in 2010. Christian then pursued various studies in fields like Marketing, International Business & Marketing, and International Trade, obtaining their PBA from Erhvervsakademi Aarhus in 2018. In addition to their formal education, Christian has also completed certification programs in Strategic Thinking and PRINCE2 - Foundation.
